Located in the beautiful Staffordshire village of Abbots Bromley, our flourishing boarding and day school offers an excellent all round education for 300 pupils aged 3 - 18. Roch House, our Preparatory School, accepts girls and boys from the age of 3 and our Senior School welcomes girls from the age of 11.

Our impressive Chapel remains at the heart of all that we do. Our Christian ethos, friendly family community, natural surroundings and boarding tradition help to make for a secure and happy atmosphere where pupils develop a real sense of value, commitment and responsibility.

Although proudly non-selective, the School has an impressive record of academic achievement which is reflected each year in the pupils’ excellent examination results. Pupils from the Senior School go on to further their studies at high profile universities and pursue a variety of top degree courses including Architecture, Art & Design, Business Management, Dance, Dentistry, Equine Management, Law, Medicine, Performing Arts and Veterinary Science.

The School has superb on-site facilities including a full sized sports hall, state of the art indoor heated swimming pool, all-weather hockey pitch, athletics track, equestrian centre with indoor and outdoor arenas, dedicated Dance School, performing arts theatre and extensive Music facilities, all of which offer pupils a broad and vibrant programme of extra-curricular activities.

Our internationally respected Dance School offers dance and musical theatre classes for all levels. The Vocational Dance Course allows students to develop their Dance skills to a professional level whilst still maintaining a full programme of academic studies. The School’s own Equestrian Centre boasts superb opportunities for the beginner and experienced rider, offering a range of BHS and Pony Club qualifications and training, as well as full livery for pupils’ own horses.

Roch House Preparatory School shares the extensive sporting facilities of the Senior School, but also has its own dedicated Art and Science rooms, fully equipped ICT suite, Dance studio and extensive grounds for pupils to explore and enjoy.

GIRLS CELEBRATE OUTSTANDING GCSE RESULTS

Students from Abbots Bromley School for Girls celebrated outstanding GCSE results with 100% of girls achieving 5 or more subjects at A* to C grade and over half of all the grades being A* or A.

Mr Mark Fisher, Acting Head Teacher said: “We are delighted with the results of our Year 11 girls who have achieved a 100% pass rate and all have attained five or more subjects at A* to C grade. This reflects the dedication and hard work the girls have put into their studies and we are very proud of their excellent achievements”.

Year 11 pupil Paige Bromley from Abbots Bromley achieved 9 GCSE’s at A* to B grade and is continuing her studies in the Sixth Form at Abbots Bromley School for Girls. She said: “I’m absolutely thrilled with my results and I’m really looking forward to joining Year 12 next term.”

Parent Mrs Sanders, whose daughter Kate is one of the school’s talented vocational dancers and also achieved excellent academic results of 9 GCSE’s at A* to C grade, said: “We are delighted with the results, for both Kate’s academic and dance performance subjects, she worked really hard and had considerable support from many staff within the school and we are thrilled for her.”
