About the GuildThe Guild is the association of former pupils of the School of S. Mary & S. Anne, Abbots Bromley (now called Abbots Bromley School for Girls). Formed in 1884, the Guild became a registered Charity in 1979 and now has more than 3000 members worldwide. Its President, General Secretary and Committee are old girls, current or former staff members.The Guild is dedicated to helping the School and its old girls. The Guild does much more than just keeping old girls in touch: today, its activities include publishing an annual magazine, hosting Reunions, social events, providing friendship and contact for all old girls. In addition to offering much needed financial and pastoral support to old girls in difficult times, the Guild's other activities include charitable giving, assisting in the upkeep of the Chapel and funding scholarships and bursaries for girls at School.
