The Guild is organised into Circles; members join the Circle appropriate to their year of leaving School. Each Circle has a Secretary, who is usually an old girl from one of the years within the Circle. She runs the Circle, co-ordinating with the Guild's database, acting as a focal point for her members, keeping everyone in touch through letters, emails and phone calls. She is the first port of call for news for the annual Leaflet and acts a friend, support and contact point for the Circle. She also manages requests for pastoral care, emotional support and financial assistance when needed, as well as handling her Circle's financial dealings with the Guild.
